  • Recipe
  • Small, sliced Italian bread1 unit(s)
  • Gorgonzola cheese chips1 cup
  • Cream Cheese or Ricotta Cream2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Fig2 unit(s)
  • Parma ham slices6 unit(s)
  • Honey to taste
  1. Brown the slices of bread in a skillet with butter.
  2. In a bowl mix the gorgonzola with k cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper and oil
  3. Place the slices of parma ham on top.
  4. Cut the fig into slices and distribute over the ham.
  5. Place a drizzle of honey on top of each bruschetta to finish.
