- Small, sliced Italian bread1 unit(s)
- Gorgonzola cheese chips1 cup
- Cream Cheese or Ricotta Cream2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Fig2 unit(s)
- Parma ham slices6 unit(s)
- Honey to taste
- Brown the slices of bread in a skillet with butter.
- In a bowl mix the gorgonzola with k cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper and oil
- Place the slices of parma ham on top.
- Cut the fig into slices and distribute over the ham.
- Place a drizzle of honey on top of each bruschetta to finish.
