- Cassis liqueur1 to taste
- Powdered milk3 tablespoon
- It's very simple! Put the papaya cut into cubes together with the ice cream and powdered milk in the blender.
- Beat it until it becomes a cream.
- Add in individual bowls or even cups and take it to the fridge.
- Before serving top with a generous dash of blackcurrant liqueur.
