  • French bread1 unit(s)
  • Sausage200 g
  • Provolone100 g
  • Chimichurri to taste
  1. Remove the skin from the sausage and knead it with your hands, you can season it but it is not necessary
  2. Cut the bread in half and fill it with the sausage and take it either the air fryer or the barbecue for 5 min
  3. After 5 min put the provolone on top and bake again until the cheese melts
  4. Serve with chimichurri with olive oil
