- Sausage200 g
- Provolone100 g
- Chimichurri to taste
- Remove the skin from the sausage and knead it with your hands, you can season it but it is not necessary
- Cut the bread in half and fill it with the sausage and take it either the air fryer or the barbecue for 5 min
- After 5 min put the provolone on top and bake again until the cheese melts
- Serve with chimichurri with olive oil
