- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
- Sweetener to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, I like to use two whites and one yolk.
- Put the flour, vanilla essence, sweetener (I usually put 7 drops). Chop the banana, and mix everything with a fork or small fouet.
- Use a non-stick frying pan or a little oil to grease and pour the mixture. Fry both sides and add cinnamon to finish.
