  • Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon

  • Salt1/2 dessert spoon
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  1. Add warm water in a bowl
  2. Then the yeast and wick to hydrate the yeast
  3. add the sugar
  4. add the salt
  5. Then add the oil
  6. Finally, add the wheat flour, stir with a spoon and then knead the dough with your hands. The ideal point of the dough is without sticking to the hands.
  7. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes
  8. Open half of the dough in the skillet
  9. Let it brown on low heat
  10. Then turn the pizza on the other side, turn off the heat.
  11. Add the tomato sauce along with the flavor of your choice.
  12. Turn the heat back on, cover the skillet and let it brown under the pizza.
