- Green corn800 ml
- Shredded coconut1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Cheese200 ml
- Water250 ml
- Blend the corn 🌽 with a pinch of salt and water in a blender until you get a homogeneous cream, but not liquid.
- Place the cream in a bowl and add the grated coconut and 100 ml of grated cheese.
- Grease a glass mold with butter and pour the cream. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and place in the oven to bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Allow to cool and serve with delicious, hot black coffee.
