- Condensed milk1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Coconut Flakes Pack1 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Nutella to taste
- In the blender place the corn, coconut milk, condensed milk, milk, eggs, butter and flour.
- Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and add the coconut and yeast. Stir gently.
- Place the dough in a greased and floured loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, wait to cool, disinform and cover with Nutella.
