Grated Corn Cobs

Bata no liquidificador todos os ingredientes.

Shake in the liquefier all the ingredients.

Coloque a mistura em uma forma untada com manteiga ou coberta pelas palhas (higienizadas) do milho. 

Place the mixture in a greased shape with butter or covered with (sanitized) corn straws.

Leve ao forno para assar em banho Maria, em temperatura média (180° C ) por 50 minutos ou até que o bolo esteja firme e dourado.

Bake in a bain-marie oven at medium temperature (180°C) for 50 minutes or until the cake is firm and golden.

Retire do forno e espere esfriar para desinformar. 

Remove from the oven and wait to cool down.
