  • Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Minas cheese200 g
  • Cottage cheese1 cup
  1. In the blender, place a can of corn without the water, use the same can of corn to measure the flakes, oil and milk, add the eggs, salt, wheat flour and yeast. Beat until smooth.
  2. Take the mixture to a bowl and add the Minas cheese and incorporate it into the dough. In a greased and floured form, pour half of the dough, and with the help of a spoon, place half of the cottage cheese, in balls all over the shape. Put the rest of the dough and put more cottage cheese on top. Take to preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
