- Laminated puff pastry300 g
- Refined Sugar and Cinnamon Powder to taste

- Brush the icing on the dough and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Turn the dough over to the other side, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Cut the dough in half, dividing it into two rectangular pieces.
- Fold the two ends until they meet in the center. Then on again. Cut 1cm thick, forming palmiers (which will be shaped like a heart)
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the fridge while the oven heats up.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200g for 10 minutes, then turn the cookies over and bake for another 10 minutes to brown evenly.
- Wait to cool and serve.
