  • Pepperoni2 unit(s)
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Bacon200 g
  • Coriander, salt and butter to taste
  • Onion, tomato and pepper.1 unit(s)
  1. Moisten the couscous mass with water until it is very wet, season with salt and reserve in the fridge. Meanwhile, cut the pepperoni lengthways and in half! Small pieces. Reserve.
  2. Cut into small cubes tomato, onion and pepper. Reserve.
  3. Fry the pepperoni over low heat, when it starts to brown, add the onion. When it's fried, add the tomato, pepper, cilantro and eggs. Stir until the eggs are fried! Reserve.
  4. Make the couscous as usual, after it's ready mix the frittata and stir well, add a little butter and more cilantro! And serve hot!!!
