  • Margarine or butter1 teaspoon
  1. In a glass bowl, beat an egg with a fork.
  2. I added the egg, powdered milk and salt and mixed well.
  3. I added the water and mixed some more. Dough is smooth and liquid.
  4. I took a non-stick frying pan and put the butter and melted it. Then distribute the mixture over the skillet.
  5. Cook over low heat after a few minutes turn the dough to brown the other side.
  6. Obs.: My milk is Argentinian and has almost no sugar, so my mixture was a little salty, but Brazilian powdered milk contains sugar, your Ovoleche will not be salty.
  7. I ate it with a black coffee. It was my breakfast.
