- Margarine or butter1 teaspoon
- In a glass bowl, beat an egg with a fork.
- I added the egg, powdered milk and salt and mixed well.
- I added the water and mixed some more. Dough is smooth and liquid.
- I took a non-stick frying pan and put the butter and melted it. Then distribute the mixture over the skillet.
- Cook over low heat after a few minutes turn the dough to brown the other side.
- Obs.: My milk is Argentinian and has almost no sugar, so my mixture was a little salty, but Brazilian powdered milk contains sugar, your Ovoleche will not be salty.
- I ate it with a black coffee. It was my breakfast.
