  • Milk (I used almond milk)120 ml
  • Strawberries to taste
  • Oat flakes2 tablespoon
  • Chia seeds1 tablespoon
  • Honey to taste
  • Mix of granola and nuts to taste
  1. In a blender, place the milk and strawberries and blend for 1 min.
  2. Place in a pot, add oatmeal and chia seeds and mix well. Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours (overnight is ideal).
  3. Add the mix, honey and more fruit if you like and you're done! Super easy and quick to make, but you have to let the oats and chia hydrate!
  4. Tip: make several and leave it in the fridge to eat in the next few days!
