  • Hydrated Chia1 tablespoon
  • Oat flakes3 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
  • Almond Milk (or your choice)50 ml
  • Greek Yogurt3 tablespoon
  • Banana (fruit of your choice)1 unit(s)
  • Honey or Agave1 tablespoon
  • Chestnuts, walnuts to taste
  1. In a jar, place the oats, chia, vanilla extract, agave and mix.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, vanilla milk.
  3. Mix well and place in the fridge overnight.
  4. Remove from the fridge, put banana and the fruits you like the most, chestnuts and nuts and your overnigt oats is ready.
