- Chia Seed1 tablespoon
- Plain yogurt4 tablespoon
- Orange1 unit(s)
- Sweetener to taste
- Kiwi1 unit(s)
- Corn flakes1 tablespoon
- The night before, mix the oats, chia, yogurt and orange juice. Sweeten to taste, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Peel and slice 1 kiwi and place in a small bowl, add the overnight.
- Crush the corn flakes with your hands and throw them on top to give them a crunch.
