  • Chia Seed1 tablespoon
  • Plain yogurt4 tablespoon
  • Orange1 unit(s)
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Kiwi1 unit(s)
  • Corn flakes1 tablespoon
  1. The night before, mix the oats, chia, yogurt and orange juice. Sweeten to taste, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Peel and slice 1 kiwi and place in a small bowl, add the overnight.
  3. Crush the corn flakes with your hands and throw them on top to give them a crunch.
