Let's prepare a "white sauce". In a bowl, add the cream and cream cheese, mix well and set aside.
Grease the glass dish with butter or margarine.
Arrange the slices of bread on the platter. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce, make a layer of loin and another of mozzarella.
Now spread a layer of the "white sauce" and lastly, slices of tomato and oregano. Make another layer of loaf of bread and now we are going to assemble the "cover".
Its difference is that we are going to change the order of the mozzarella so that it can brown, so it looks like this: tomato sauce > sirloin > "white sauce > mozzarella > tomato and oregano.
Bake until the cheese melts, you can place the grill if you have it. It takes about 15 to 25 min, 180°C.
