Passo a passo
Misture a farinha, o sal, o açúcar e o fermento em uma vasilha e pode reservar. 
Em outra vasilha misture 2 xícaras  de trigo com  o leite, adicione o sal e o açúcar junto com o fermento biológico e em outra vasilha misture o leite, o óleo, o ovo e a margarina e aqueça levemente. Não pode ficar muito quente senão mata o fermento, deve aquecer somente um pouco acima da temperatura ambiente. Depois de aquecido misture com um garfo.
Acrescente a mistura de líquidos à mistura de farinha e mexa. Coloque em uma superfície enfarinhada e sove até ficar uma massa macia e homogênea, isso leva uns 10 minutos no máximo.
Deixe crescer até dobrar de tamanho em uma tigela seca e coberta com um pano limpo. Depois que crescer abra a massa com um rolo e corte pedaços da massa para enrolar as metades de salsicha e com o queijo qualho, pincele com a gema e leve ao forno 180 graus por 30 minutos, ou até ver que está levemente dourado.


Step by step
Mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl and set aside.
In another bowl mix 2 cups of wheat with the milk, add the salt and sugar along with the yeast and in another bowl mix the milk, oil, egg and margarine and heat slightly. It can't get too hot or it kills the yeast, it should only heat up a little above room temperature. Once heated, mix with a fork.
Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and stir. Place on a floured surface and knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough, this takes about 10 minutes maximum.
Let rise until doubled in size in a dry bowl covered with a clean cloth. After it rises, open the dough with a rolling pin and cut pieces of the dough to roll the sausage halves and with the qualho cheese, brush with the yolk and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, or until you see it is lightly golden.
