- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Sour cream1 unit(s)

- Tube cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Grease a refractory with butter.
- Line the base with loaf of bread.
- On top of a layer of ham.
- Then a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- A layer of tube curd.
- Cover with loaf of bread and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the cream and salt. Mix well.
- Spoon the cream over the bread and spread the cream well to cover the entire sandwich.
- Finish with a sprinkle of oregano and bake at 200° until golden.
