Em uma tigela adiciona leite morno, manteiga, sal, açúcar, ovo e por último o fermento biológico até diluir ( pode ser fermento biológico seco )

In a bowl add warm milk, butter, salt, sugar, egg and lastly the yeast until diluted (it can be dry yeast)

Depois adicionar a farinha aos poucos mexa 

Agora sove a Massa até ela ficar bem lisinha por volta de uns 10 minutos 

Now knead the dough until it is very smooth, about 10 minutes.

Deixa a massa descansar com um pano por cima de 30 minutos a 1 hora

Let the dough rest with a cloth on top of 30 minutes to 1 hour

Depois faça bolinhas e adicione o queijo e presunto ao meio 

Then make balls and add the cheese and ham in the middle.

Depois de rechear pincele com gema de ovo e leve ao forno até dourar 

After filling, brush with egg yolk and bake until golden.
