- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Mix the flour with the cream and a little salt until it doesn't stick to your hand. (It is necessary to adjust with more flour until it really comes off the hand).
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
- With a rolling pin or bottle open the dough and make circles with a cup or molds.
- Stuff as you like and close the dough with a fork.
- Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
