  • Oat Flour150 g
  • Sour Cream2 tablespoon
  • Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients until it forms a moldable dough.
  2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and with a round pastry cutter or cup make round cuts
  3. Fill each slice with a filling of your choice (chicken, meat, cheese…)
  4. Close the pastry and mash the sides with a fork.
  5. Brush the top of each one with beaten egg yolk.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
