Fill each slice with a filling of your choice (chicken, meat, cheese…)

Feche o pastel e amasse as laterais com um garfo

Close the pastry and mash the sides with a fork.

Pincele a parte superior de cada um com gema de ovo batida

Brush the top of each one with beaten egg yolk.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
