- Kibbeh flour500 g
- Ground beef800 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Mint to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- 1. Soak the kibbeh wheat in hot water for 40 minutes and cover it with water.
- 2. Squeeze the wheat with your hands to remove excess water (don't press too hard, it can get a little wet).
- 3. Add the ground beef, onion, minced garlic and seasonings.
- 4. Knead this mixture well.
- 5. In a medium bowl that can go in the oven, put a little oil at the bottom.
- Pour half of the kibe flour in the form and fill with the cheese and place the rest of the flour.
- 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 50 minutes.
- Ready, your oven Kibe is ready, you can put a mint leaf to decorate and enjoy.
