  • Kibbeh flour500 g
  • Ground beef800 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Mint to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  1. 1. Soak the kibbeh wheat in hot water for 40 minutes and cover it with water.
  2. 2. Squeeze the wheat with your hands to remove excess water (don't press too hard, it can get a little wet).
  3. 3. Add the ground beef, onion, minced garlic and seasonings.
  4. 4. Knead this mixture well.
  5. 5. In a medium bowl that can go in the oven, put a little oil at the bottom.
  6. Pour half of the kibe flour in the form and fill with the cheese and place the rest of the flour.
  7. 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 50 minutes.
  8. Ready, your oven Kibe is ready, you can put a mint leaf to decorate and enjoy.
