- 1 In a bowl, mix the yeast and sugar and add the warm water. 2 Let it rest for 10 minutes. 3 Then add the wheat flour, salt and oil. 4 Knead well and let it rest for another 20 minutes, or until it doubles in size. 5 After that time, divide the dough into balls, open with a rolling pin and place the hamburger, the ham, the mozzarella and the tomato and sprinkle the oregano on top. 6 Close the dough well giving a rounded shape. 7 Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven until golden. 8 ready just remove from the oven and taste.
