Oven-free, egg-free tapioca cake

  • Granulated Tapioca500 g
  • Warm whole milk900 ml
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • grated coconut1/2 cup
  1. In a container, place the tapioca and add the milk and sugar little by little, being careful not to get lumpy, add half of the condensed milk and grated coconut to taste.
  2. Mix everything, grease a pan with margarine/butter, add the cake and let it rest in the fridge for about 8 hours to get consistency.
  3. Unmold and throw the rest of the condensed milk and grated coconut on top and serve.
  4. Easy and yummy!
