Pré aqueça o forno á 180 graus, lave as uvas e coloque na travessa, acrescente o azeite, por cima das uvas, uma quantidade generosa, leve ao forno, por mais ou menos 10 minutos, quando estiver borbulhando retire as uvas e acrescente o queijo gorgonzola, leve ao forno novamente e deixe até derreter o queijo. Prontinho pode ser servido com torradas ou pães! Bom apetite!
