  • Gohan (Eastern Rice)2 cup
  • Tuna1 cup
  • Garlic Mayonnaise3 teaspoon
  • Nori Seaweed1 pint
  • Water50 ml
  • Shoyu3 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Water for rice2 cup
  1. Place the gohan rice in a pan and wash it five times.
  2. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Add water, turn on medium heat and cook for about 15 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
  5. In a cup put the soy sauce, sugar and salt, microwave for 30 seconds.
  6. Place the rice in a bowl, add the sauce and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  7. The part take a bowl put the drained tuna and the 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, add oregano, parsley and any seasonings you want.
  8. Take the seaweed and cut it vertically.
  9. Put 50 ml of water in the bowl.
  10. After 20 minutes, you dip your hand in the water, take a spoon of rice and shape it.
  11. Place the tuna mixture in the center and close the ball.
  12. Finish with the Nori seaweed around it. If you want, pass the sesame. Good appetite.
