- Gohan (Eastern Rice)2 cup
- Tuna1 cup
- Garlic Mayonnaise3 teaspoon
- Nori Seaweed1 pint
- Water50 ml
- Shoyu3 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Water for rice2 cup
- Place the gohan rice in a pan and wash it five times.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Add water, turn on medium heat and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool.
- In a cup put the soy sauce, sugar and salt, microwave for 30 seconds.
- Place the rice in a bowl, add the sauce and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- The part take a bowl put the drained tuna and the 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, add oregano, parsley and any seasonings you want.
- Take the seaweed and cut it vertically.
- Put 50 ml of water in the bowl.
- After 20 minutes, you dip your hand in the water, take a spoon of rice and shape it.
- Place the tuna mixture in the center and close the ball.
- Finish with the Nori seaweed around it. If you want, pass the sesame. Good appetite.
