corn starch1 cup
wheat flour3 cup
sugar1 cup
butter200 g
orange juice1/2 cup
orange zest0 to taste
baking powder1/2 tablespoon
Refined sugar for breading0 to taste

In a bowl put some of the wheat flour, cornstarch, sugar, butter, orange juice and orange zest.
Mix with a spoon until it gains consistency, then knead with your hands adding the rest of the wheat flour little by little.
Add the yeast and continue to knead until it becomes uniform and leaves your hands.
Shape the cookies into the shape of a ball of the size you prefer. Place on lightly floured baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned at the base.
Remove from the oven and while the cookies are still hot and roll in the sugar.
