  • Wheat and butter to grease and flour the pan1 to taste
  1. Peel an orange and cut into cubes, removing the seeds. Cut off the ends of the other orange and cut into cubes, peel and all, removing only the seeds. If you prefer, peel the two oranges, but the peel gives an excellent taste.
  2. Place all the ingredients, except the wheat and the yeast, in the blender. Beat until very smooth.
  3. Place the blender material in a bowl and add the wheat gradually and stir. At the end add the yeast and mix gently.
  4. Grease the mold and flour. Pour the dough and put it in the oven. Here, it took 30 min. Remove, let cool, and serve with a delicious cup of coffee.
