Sugar1 cup
Butter3 tablespoon
Orange juice1 cup
Orange zest1 teaspoon
Wheat flour2 cup
Yeast1 tablespoon

In the mixer, beat the eggs, sugar and butter until an aerated foam forms.
Then gradually add the orange juice and zest.
Add the wheat flour little by little. Finally, put the yeast without stirring, just mix.
Put the dough in a greased and infarinhada shape, take it to the preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes.
For the syrup, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of orange juice and orange zest to decorate.
Syrup preparation method: in a pan, place the sugar and orange juice until it reduces and thickens (about 15 minutes).
Once the cake is ready, pierce it and pour the syrup on top. Finally, sprinkle the orange zest. Then just enjoy yourself.
