  • Medium Orange with the peel1 unit(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Wheat Flour11/2 cup
  • Corn Starch1/2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Preheat oven to medium temperature (180°C).
  2. Grease and flour a round form with a medium central hole (20 cm diameter).
  3. Cut the orange into 4 pieces and remove the seeds that are visible.
  4. In the blender cup, place the orange, eggs, oil, sugar, and beat until smooth.
  5. In a bowl, sift the wheat flour, the cornstarch MAIZENA® and the yeast, and add, little by little, the blender mixture, stirring until a creamy mass is obtained.
  6. Place the dough in the reserved tin and bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean after being inserted into the dough.
  7. Remove from the oven, wait to cool and unmold. Serve next.
