Orange and Carrot Juice

Descasque a cenoura e pique em pedaços pequeno .

Peel the carrot and chop it into small pieces.

Descasque as laranja e corte e coloque no liquidificador. Junto com a cenoura e o açúcar. Coloque a água gelada. 

Peel the oranges and cut them and put them in the blender. Along with the carrot and sugar. Put the ice water.

Bata por 5 minutos e depois e só passar no coador e servir . 

Beat for 5 minutes and then just pass through the strainer and serve.
