- Cold water500 ml
- Peel the carrot and chop it into small pieces.
- Peel the oranges and cut them and put them in the blender. Along with the carrot and sugar. Put the ice water.
- Beat for 5 minutes and then just pass through the strainer and serve.
- It's really good to try it out.
