  • Pie dough500 g
  • Gem2 unit(s)
  • Salami (stuffing to your liking)150 g
  • Cottage cheese150 g
  • Parsley (green smell) to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Open the pie dough, cut 3 square. One will be the base, and the other 2 with a cut in the middle to be the walls and not leak the stuffing.
  2. Brush on the base and the other 2 one by one to bind. Brush the outside and put it in the fridge.
  3. Turn on the oven to warm up.
  4. Take the dough from the fridge, place it on the greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until golden.
  5. For the stuffing, mix the salami, the curd, the parmesan cheese and the parsley in a bowl (green smell). Put salt to taste and put this stuffing in the dough.
