- Corn Starch1/4 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- beer1/2 unit(s)
- Cut the onion into thin slices. Separate the rings and soak in ice water for 5 minutes. While resting, prepare the dough, mix the flour, starch, yeast, salt, black pepper, paprika and half a can of beer. Mix everything and dip the onions. Fry in very hot oil. Serve with some sauce
