  • Wheat flour q/n4 tablespoon
  • Egg and milk q/n3 unit(s)
  • Bread flour or coarse flour or processed stale bread q/n100 g
  • Plenty of oil for frying400 ml
  1. Cut the onions in half (width) and then cut 1cm wide rings (can't be thin) In the video I show you how to remove that thin skin on each layer of the onion; and that makes it difficult to bread later.
  2. Place the slices inside a plastic bag with 3 or 4 tablespoons of flour. Close or turn the mouth of the bag and shake the rings well so that they are well impregnated with flour.
  3. Remove and pass the rings in the egg with a little milk, beat a little to unite. Season with salt; black pepper and any other seasoning you like.
  4. And finally pass them through breadcrumbs or coarse farofa or processed stale bread.
  5. Have plenty of oil ready to heat so that you can deep-fry. When they do, remove with a foamer or the basket.
  6. Ideal for snacking with the sauce of your choice 😋
