- Milk to soak200 ml
- Milk for breading100 ml
- Wheat flour for breading to taste
- Breadcrumbs for breading to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Cut the onion into slices and soak in 200ml of very cold milk for 30 minutes to reduce the acidity of the onion
- Add the dry seasonings to the breadcrumbs. After that, we will bread the slices individually, alternating between the milk and the flours (milk-wheat flour-milk again and breadcrumbs) repeating this order until well breaded.
- Fry in hot oil until the onions are golden.
