- Cornmeal1 cup
- Wheat Flour450 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- 1- Cut the onions into rings and set aside 2- Place in water with ice and salt for 10 minutes
- Mix the parmesan cheese, the cornmeal, the wheat flour, the seasonings and set aside (also separate some wheat flour separately)
- 1- Mix the milk, egg and salt, forming a dough 2- Pass the onion in the dough, then in the wheat flour, then in the dough again, and finally in the mixture with cornmeal
- 1- Fry in hot oil until golden 2- Leave it on a paper towel to absorb the fat 3- Serve :)
