- Small onion, diced large1 unit(s)
- Water150 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Wheat flour500 g
- Finely chopped green smell to taste
- Oregano for sprinkling to taste
- Blend the first 4 ingredients in a blender, for about 1 minute, or until the onion almost disappears.
- Transfer the mixture to a towel and add the salt and flour little by little, alternating with the spoons of butter. The dough is slightly sticking to the hands, knead a lot, about 10 minutes.
- At the end, add the parsley and chives to the dough, cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
- After the rest time, shape the loaves and take them to a greased and floured roast, cover again and let rise for another 20 minutes. Then just brush a yolk and sprinkle oregano on top. Bake in a preheated medium oven until golden on top.
