  • Bread Yeast6 g
  • Onion1/2 to taste
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Oil20 ml
  • Milk20 ml
  • Cumin or seasoning to taste1/2 to taste
  • Salt4 g
  1. In the blender, beat onion, egg, oil, milk, cumin or seasoning to taste, beat well for approximately 3 minutes and put this mixture in a bowl and put the yeast, mix the flour gradually until the dough comes off your hands.
  2. Knead the dough well until it is very soft and after kneading well let it rest for approximately 30 minutes.
  3. After the first rest, add the salt and shape the bread as you wish and brush with 1 egg. Let it rest for another 30 minutes and bake for 25 minutes.
