- Flaxseed1 tablespoon

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Mozzarella100 g
- In a non-stick frying pan, grease with olive oil and prepare a layer of the seeds all mixed together.
- Beat the eggs season well with salt and black pepper and pour over the seeds, cover and wait to cook
