  • Water250 g
  • Sugar10 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Fresh yeast15 g
  • Wheat flour470 g
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. In a container, place the water, sugar, oil, yeast and heat for 2.3 minutes. Add the flour, salt and knead.
  2. Remove the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume. Divide the dough into two equal parts and on a floured surface roll out the dough giving it an oval shape.
  3. Place a container of water in the oven at the bottom and preheat to 200 degrees.
  4. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the dough in an oval shape and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  5. With the fork chop the dough and brush with plenty of oil.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
