- Recipe
- Oat bran3 tablespoon
- Milk (can be vegetable)1 cup
- Chia1 tablespoon
- Honey (or any other sugar)1 tablespoon
- Apple1 unit(s)
- Spices: cinnamon, cloves, cardamom to taste
- Put all the ingredients in a pan and let it boil.
- Stir constantly so it doesn't stick.
- When it thickens, you can turn it off.
- For apple: Mix everything in a bowl. Cover with cling film and make a hole in the middle to let the steam out.
- For apple: Microwave for 4 minutes. Remove with the help of a dish towel as the bowl will be hot.
- Add over the porridge and add some granola.
