Oatmeal mug cake with berries

Massa do bolo: Em uma tigela, misture o ovo, o farelo de aveia, o óleo, o leite integral, o açúcar mascavo e o fermento em pó. Depois deste processo, divida em 2 canecas a massa. 

1.1- Potência máxima no microondas por 1min e 40 segundos. Após esse tempo, espete um palitinho para verificar de está bem cozido.

Cake Dough: In a bowl, whisk together the egg, oat bran, oil, whole milk, brown sugar and baking powder. After this process, divide the dough into 2 mugs.

1.1- Maximum microwave power for 1min and 40 seconds. After that time, insert a toothpick to check that it is well cooked.

Calda de frutas vermelhas: Em uma panela, misture a água, a amora, o morango e o açúcar refinado. 

2.1- Deixe-os ferver, sempre mexendo, até obter uma textura de calda. Desligue o fogo.

Red fruit syrup: In a pan, mix the water, blackberry, strawberry and refined sugar.

2.1- Let them boil, always stirring, until you get a syrupy texture. Turn off the fire.

Adicione por cima do bolo de caneca a calda de frutas vermelhas. Sirva em seguida.

Add the red fruit syrup over the mug cake. Serve immediately.
