- In the blender, beat the carrot, oil and eggs then place in a container
- Add the brown sugar, oat flour, yeast and nuts and stir slowly.
- Grease with olive oil and flour a baking dish with oatmeal.
- Place the dough on the baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes or until golden (do the toothpick test)
