Oat flakes1.1/2 cup
Coconut Flour1/2 cup
Maizena1 tablespoon
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Eggs3 unit(s)
Water1/2 cup
Salt1 coffee spoon
Olive Oil2 tablespoon
Boiled Sweet Potato1/2 cup
Chia1 tablespoon

In a bowl, place the chia with a little hot water and set aside;
In a bowl add the oat flakes, coconut flour, cornstarch and chemical yeast, mix everything and set aside;
In a blender add eggs, water, salt, olive oil and cooked sweet potato. Beat well;
Add the blender mass with the dry ingredients and mix.
Finally, mix the already hydrated chia in the dough;
Place in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
